How to Become a Morning Person
A good sleep routine should be relaxing.Try lying back with a novel or magazine — reading may tire out the eyes before bed. Listening to white noise, nature sounds or mellow sounds can help drift the body off to sleep. Experts also recommend soaking in a hot bath to relax the body and get it ready for bed.
