How to Become a Morning Person
Planning something enjoyable to do in the morning can help a person want to get up. Rewards may also help with commitment to long term goals — whatever they are. Remember to set smaller goals that lead to bigger achievements. Little things like waking up to a favorite song, taking a walk or even meditating can make it easier to reach early morning goals!
