How to Become a Morning Person
Eating a good breakfast may be key to becoming a morning person. Snacking on eggs or oatmeal in the morning can help prevent that midmorning slump and provide enough energy to kickstart the day. Eating breakfast is also common in people who have lost significant amounts of weight, according to a study from Obesity Research. So make sure to eat a combination of protein, complex carbs, fruits and veggies for breakfast!
