Healthy Ways to Celebrate Father’s Day
If dad is a Tiger Woods kind of guy, golf may be a great way to spend Father’s Day. According to Better Health, a day on the green can even be good for dad’s heart — as he may walk roughly three to five miles on a given golf day! Golfing can be a great way to improve fitness and strength, while giving you an opportunity to chat and maintain that bond with dad.
