Healthy Summer Vacation Tips
Since insects thrive in warm climates, chances are you may encounter some creepy crawlies on your summer vacation. Protect your family from bug bites, stings and infections by using insect repellant that contains at least 30 percent DEET or 15 percent picaridin. If someone in your family is allergic to insect stings, be sure to pack their EpiPen. If you notice swelling of the throat, trouble breathing or shortness of breath, seek medical attention immediately.
