Healthy Summer Vacation Tips
Motion sickness is very common, especially on long drives, boat or plane rides. Sit where there is the least motion, such as a plane’s wings, a car’s front seat or a boat’s deck. Eat and drink in moderation beforehand and try to keep your eyes on the scenery. Try over-the-counter motion sickness medications, such as dramamine or bonine. Prescription medications are also available, if these tips don’t provide relief.
