Healthy Habits After You Hit 40
According to the National Institutes of Health, women should get Pap smears every two to three years. If you’ve had normal Pap smears three times in a row, a doctor may advise a Pap smear every three years. Ask your doctor about other screenings too, such as those for heart disease and diabetes.
