Keep Your Eyes Healthy

The National Institutes of Health recommends that adults have an eye exam every two years. Once a person turns 45, they should have their eyes checked for glaucoma. Developing glaucoma can be a side effect of diabetes, so think of your eye exam as a preventative health measure.
