Healthy Habits After You Hit 40
From age 40 to 50, you should visit your doctor every two years. Once you’re 50, this should increase to one visit every year. During these visits, your doctor can track your overall health, alcohol and tobacco use and mental health and run routine tests for conditions like heart disease.
