The Health Benefits of Kissing
On the topic of exercise, kissing uses many of the muscles in your face and mouth. It’s a lot like facial yoga. Facial yoga is a health and beauty trend that involves different exercises to help reduce wrinkles and firm your face. Some beauty gurus suggest that puckering your lips in a kissing pose can even give you full lips.
