What To Look For and What to Avoid

Most diets suggest cutting down on fats, sugars and salts to help lose weight. With the unhealthy effects of these nutrients aside, they do little to fill you up and often contribute to overeating. Instead, look for foods that are high in fiber and protein, as these will help fill you up in smaller portions and keep you feeling full for longer.
