Food and Drink that Disrupt Sleep


Caffeine is a stimulant and shouldn’t be taken close to bedtime. Caffeine has been associated with anxiety, irritability, rapid heartbeat and excessive urination, all of which can disrupt sleep. If you’re not getting enough rest each night, talk to your doctor about ways to improve your sleep.
