Fad Diets
The Cabbage Soup diet consists of eating only cabbage soup and other low calorie snacks like skim milk or bananas. Not only is this diet unappealing to most, it isn’t effective at keeping the weight off. While there may be initial weight loss due to the low-calorie and low-fat nature of this diet, weight gain typically happens once the diet is finished. Remember, cabbage doesn’t have to be the key ingredient in your weight loss.
