The Baby Food Diet:

Baby food isn’t just for babies anymore. By eating baby food instead of solid food, followers of this diet are told that they’ll shed the weight and keep it off. This diet is simply a gimmick for cutting calories and controlling portions, however. It’s not hard to see why someone may lose weight by replacing adult-size meals with a few small jars of bananas or peas. But according to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, when trying any new diet, ask yourself, “Can I picture myself eating this way forever?” If the answer is “no,” you’re looking at a short-term fix not a long-term solution.
