Exercising Without A Gym
At the end of the day, exercise can only do so much. Healthy eating habits are the other piece of the puzzle. If you can’t find the time to hit the gym, don’t stress just yet! Taking regular breaks is important, but skipping the gym doesn’t mean trading in your veggies for fries. Diet and fitness go hand-in-hand so, on the days you can’t manage to squeeze in your usual jog, make sure to keep your body strong with protein, vegetables, fruit and whole grains. A healthy diet can aid in lowering blood pressure, cholesterol and the risk of heart disease. After refueling and resting, you’ll be ready to jump back into your workout routine without feeling weighed down or sluggish.
