Exercising Without A Gym
More often than not, the most exercise you get during the holidays is flipping through the channels after a big dinner. One way to stay active is to get the whole family involved. Whether it’s walking through the neighborhood together to look at Christmas lights or playing a quick game of basketball, you’ll be more likely to exercise if you’re also spending quality time with your family. By opting to be active with others instead of on your own, you’ll also be less likely to get bored and give up. So instead of watching “It’s A Wonderful Life” for the 100th time, suggest hitting the local park — your scale will thank you for it.
