Everyday Triggers of Overactive Bladder
Too much of any fluid can lead to more frequent bathroom trips, but drinking too little can also irritate the bladder. Experts often recommend drinking 6 to 8 glasses of water a day. However, some studies have shown OAB symptoms improved when patients reduced their fluid intake by 25 percent.
