Contact Lens Care
According to the Mayo Clinic, soft contact lenses are the most popular type of contact lens both in the US and worldwide. Soft contact lenses can be used to correct various vision problems, including:
- Nearsightedness
- Farsightedness
- Blurred vision
- Age-related vision loss
Soft contact lenses conform to the shape of your eye, making them comfortable and easier to insert into the eye. They also tend to stay in place well, so they may be a good choice if you play sports or lead an active lifestyle. Soft contact lenses come in a variety of types, including disposable lenses made for daily use and extended wear lenses. Talk to your eye doctor about which type is right for you.
