Common Dieting Mistakes
Just because something is good for you doesn’t mean that you can eat as much of it as you want. Those who overeat are at risk for becoming obese and for the medical problems associated with being obese, which include diabetes, arthritis, cancer, high blood pressure and coronary heart disease, just to name a few. To help you stay on track with your weight-loss goals, pay attention to the labels on foods. Take note of the serving size, paying special attention to the amount of calories and fat per serving.
