Eating Too Quickly

Take time to enjoy your food. It takes approximately 20 minutes for your stomach to communicate with your brain that you have eaten enough food. Eating too quickly will increase the likelihood of overeating, which can worsen health problems like obesity and diabetes. In addition, eating too quickly can also cause you to have gas and indigestion.
