Common Causes of Constipation
Dehydration, which means the body doesn’t have enough water and fluids, is one of the most common reasons for being constipated. When the body is dehydrated, stool consistency hardens, making it more difficult to have a bowel movement. Talk to your doctor if you think you may be constipated.
