Celiac disease may often go undiagnosed because symptoms vary greatly from patient to patient. While symptoms can vary, most occur in the digestive system.These symptoms may include abdominal pain, bloating, weight loss, appetite changes, vomiting, chronic diarrhea, pale or fatty stool and constipation.
