Celebrities Who Have Overcome Addiction
American actress Drew Barrymore revealed to People Magazine in 1989 that she had struggled with substance abuse since the age of 13. Barrymore was a child actor who experimented with drugs and alcohol at an early age. Drew went into rehabilitation when she was 14 and has stayed sober since.
