Celebrities with Skin Conditions
Singer-songwriter LeeAnn Rimes has dealt with psoriasis (a skin condition that causes skin cells to build up rapidly on the surface of the skin forming itchy, dry and red patches that can be painful) since she was a child. Instead of hiding from her condition, Rimes has used her celebrity status to get involved with the campaign “Stop Hiding from Psoriasis,” which raises awareness and is run by the American Academy of Dermatology.
