Celebrities with Overactive Bladders
If you find yourself losing control of your bladder, make an appointment with your doctor. If you’re unsure if you have symptoms of OAB, consider keeping a bladder diary to track your bladder’s activities. With this, you’ll be able to track how many times you are going to the bathroom. It will also help you identify if you have the strong urge to go to the bathroom after consuming certain foods or drinks or with certain activities.
