Benefits of Exercise for People with Long Term Conditions

Recent research has highlighted the relationship between exercise and psoriasis. One study found that regular exercise reduced one’s risk of developing psoriasis by as much as 30 percent. Physical activity has also been shown to reduce inflammation of skin and joints in those with psoriasis.
