Benefits of Exercise for People with Long Term Conditions
Breathing complications keep many people from exercising. However, regular activity can help strengthen lungs and improve asthma symptoms in the long run. It is important to moderate your activity levels and avoid exercise-induced asthma. As always, keep your inhaler with you during exercise.
