Bad Habits to Drop Before You Turn 30

Weigh Yourself Regularly

You may not have worried about your weight in your 20s, but it's a good idea to keep an eye on it in your 30s. Your body is changing, your metabolism is slowing down and watching your weight may be more important now than ever. The American Lung Association recommends getting in the habit of weighing yourself regularly. While weight isn’t everything, stepping on the scale can be a good way to monitor fluctuations, patterns and long-term weight loss or gain. A well nourished body is better able to fight off infections and diseases, so talk to a doctor if you notice a sudden change in weight.
