Bad Habits to Drop Before You Turn 30
While it can be tempting to not wash your face after a night out on the town or a run, doing so may lead to premature aging. The American Academy of Dermatology recommends washing your face twice a day and after sweating heavily. Gentle washing can get rid of toxins, makeup and dirt without irritating your skin. Perspiration is also known to irritate the skin, so be sure to gently scrub after excessive sweating.
