Bad Habits to Drop Before You Turn 30
While it's easier to cruise through the drive thru with the kids in the back, than make a healthy dinner, eating fast food can negatively impact your health. Eating right is important part of a healthy lifestyle. According to the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports and Nutrition, poor eating habits may lead to obesity, heart disease, and even cancer. Reduce your risk for chronic disease by making smart meal choices in your 30s that will pay off later in life. You can’t eat junk like a college kid forever, and small diet changes can make a big difference.
