Alternative Forms of Exercise
Many women are turning to pole fitness to spice up their workout routine. Pole dancing combines dance, aerobics and fitness while performing spins, twirls and moves with a vertical pole. While unorthodox, this workout can have many health benefits. According to PoleDancing.org, time spent on the pole can increase core strength, flexibility and muscle tone. If you’re new to pole fitness, talk to an instructor before you start using a pole on your own.
