Alternative Forms of Exercise
Crossfit is known for being a total body workout because its routines are extremely varied. This intense workout is designed to expand flexibility, strength and endurance. While crossfit is known for being hardcore, it’s also accessible for people of all ages. However, exercisers should take caution and work only with an experienced and certified crossfit trainer. Talk to your doctor if you have any concerns about your physical abilities.
