9 Easy Stretches to Relieve Back Pain
Start: On a firm surface, lie face down.
- Place your forehead either flat on your hands in front of you or turned to one side.
- Making sure you are not feeling excessive pain or discomfort, maintain this position for one or two minutes.
- Repeat as you are able for about 20 minutes.
If you experience difficulty with this position, try it after a warm bath or shower, which can loosen you up.
