Lie Down Straight

Start: On a firm surface, lie face down.

  1. Place your forehead either flat on your hands in front of you or turned to one side.
  2. Making sure you are not feeling excessive pain or discomfort, maintain this position for one or two minutes.
  3. Repeat as you are able for about 20 minutes.

If you experience difficulty with this position, try it after a warm bath or shower, which can loosen you up.
