9 Easy Stretches to Relieve Back Pain
This is an all-the-time stretch, and it’s not hard. When sitting or standing, try to maintain a “tall” posture — that is, with your chin parallel to the floor and balanced evenly over your trunk. It’s OK if you can’t do this all the time. The more you can safely strengthen your back and work on your posture, the better.
