Oscar award winner and American actress Catherine Zeta-Jones, publicly revealed her diagnosis of bipolar II disorder in 2011 when she was checked into a mental health facility. People with bipolar II disorder usually have milder symptoms than those with bipolar I but still can have hypomanic episodes. Talk to your doctor about the differences in bipolar disorder.
