Jim Hunter

From 1965-1979, pitcher Jim "Catfish" Hunter made baseball history while living with asthma. When he signed to the New York Yankees in 1975, Catfish was the highest paid pitcher in Major League Baseball. In 1987, he was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame.
