Purpose of Sarna lotion
Sarna Sensitive is an over-the-counter medication used for the temporary relief of itching associated with minor skin irritations.
Active Ingredients
pramoxine hydrochloride 1%
Inactive Ingredients
benzyl alcohol, carbomer 940, cetyl alcohol, dimethicone, glyceryl stearate, isopropyl myristate, PEG-8 stearate, PEG-100 stearate, petrolatum, purified water, sodium hydroxide, stearic acid
Sarna lotion FDA Warning
For external use only.
When using this product avoid contact with the eyes.
Stop use and ask a doctor if:
- condition worsens
- symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days
Caution: do not use in the eyes or nose. Not for prolonged use. Do not apply to large areas of the body. If redness, irritation, swelling, or pain persists or increases, discontinue use unless directed by a physician.
Keep out of reach of children.
If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away (1-800-222-1222).
Directions
To open, squeeze cap tightly and turn pump counter-clockwise.
For adults and children 2 years of age and older, apply to affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily.
Pediatric Use
For children under 2 years of age, ask a doctor.
