Cornerstone Family Pharmacy opened in Decaturville, TN in 2008, blending a modern, full service pharmacy with old-fashioned personal customer service. The prescription department handles all of your pharmacy needs, including prescription and over-the-counter medications, diabetic supplies, nutritional supplements, vaccinations, and pharmacist consultation.  Cornerstone Soda Shop opened in 2009 and completes the image of the old-time pharmacy and soda shop that was originally in this location in the 1900’s.  The Soda Shop serves a variety of “eats and sweets” daily.
