Chloraseptic Spray is an over the counter medication used to relieve sore throat pain, and irritations of the mouth, gum, and throat. Chloraseptic Spray belongs to a group of drugs called topical anesthetics, which numbs the area it is applied to. 

This medication comes in a oral (by mouth) liquid spray form, and may be used every 2 hours as needed. 

Common side effects of Chloraseptic Spray include tenderness and numbness of the area.
