National Nutrition Month focuses on healthy portion sizes, healthy foods and exercise

Cutting calories can be hard in a world where restaurants serve massive portions and everything bigger is considered better, but it doesn't have to be.

March is the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics' National Nutrition Month. The goal is to educate and encourage people to consume fewer calories while taking part in daily exercise to maintain a healthy weight.

dailyRx News Health Reporter Rachelle Grossman spoke with Adrien Paczosa, RD, a dietitian and owner of iLiveWell Nutrition Therapy in Austin, TX, for some tips on how to cut the fat when it comes to portion size.
