Going Gluten-Free
One of the hardest parts of going gluten-free can be saying goodbye to your favorite restaurants. Nowadays, however, many restaurants are catching on to the health concerns of their customers and offering separate gluten-free menus. If you don’t see any gluten-free options on the menu, voice your concerns to your waiter. Most chefs are happy to provide a safe, gluten-free meal when asked.
