Pin-X is an over the counter medication used to treat Pinworm intestinal infections in adults and children. Pin-X belongs to a group of drugs called anthelmintics. It works by paralyzing the worms so they can be removed naturally in the stool.

This medication comes in a solution and in a chewable tablet and is taken once as a single dose. 

Common side effects of Pin-X include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal cramps.
